This Privacy Policy explains how Hoshi Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the website hoshilabs.jp.net (the "Site") and our game apps, including Star Survival (together with the Site, the "Services").

2. Information we collect
The Site
The Site uses no cookies and no analytics tools, and has no accounts or forms. Like any website, the servers that deliver it (Amazon Web Services) may log your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit.
Our games
Our games don't require an account, and we don't collect your name or email address through them. Your game progress is stored on your device.
Star Survival doesn't show ads at the moment. Once ads are added, Google AdMob will collect information such as your advertising ID in order to serve them (see section 4). Google Play may also provide us with crash reports and usage statistics (such as device model and OS version) in aggregated form.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you include it) and the contents of your message.

4. Ads by Google AdMob
Star Survival doesn't show ads yet. We plan to add ads served by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Once they're added, to serve ads, cap how often you see them, measure their performance, prevent fraud and show personalized ads (ads based on your interests), AdMob may collect and use:
- Device identifiers such as your Android advertising ID
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device information such as model, OS version and language settings
- Ad impressions and taps, and how you use the app

If you don't want personalized ads, you can delete or reset your advertising ID on Android under Settings → Google → Ads. You will still see ads, but they won't be personalized. You can also adjust your ad settings in Google My Ad Center. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We don't sell your information or share personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
The service providers we use (Google LLC and Amazon Web Services, Inc.) are based in the United States, so information may be processed in the US and other countries.
6. External transmission notice (Japan)
Under Article 27-12 of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act, we publish the following information about data sent from your device to third parties when you use the Services.

Apart from the above, the Site doesn't use any analytics, advertising or other tags that send your information to third parties. See the links in section 4 for how each recipient handles the information and how to opt out.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures, such as access controls, to protect the information we hold. We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you, then delete them.
8. Children
The Services are not directed primarily at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, for example under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the EU GDPR or Brazil's LGPD. To make a request, contact us. We will verify your identity and respond as the law requires. Because AdMob data is held by Google, please also use the Google settings and links above.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws or the Services change. Updates take effect when they are posted on this page.
